Overview
Noharys Quesada joined Walton Lantaff in February of 2024. Mrs. Quesada focuses on insurance defense, representing insurance carriers from case inception through trial.
She earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating cum laude and excelling in leadership roles, including President of the Children & Family Law Society. She also served as Vice President of Alumni Relations for the St. Thomas University Trial Team. While in law school, Mrs. Quesada showcased her exceptional trial advocacy skills by competing in prestigious national competitions. In January 2020, she participated in the Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition in Tampa, where she played a key role in advancing her team to the semi-finals. Prior to that, in October 2019, she was one of four law students chosen to compete in the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament in Gainesville. Her team earned the National Championship title, and she was personally recognized as the Best Overall Advocate, demonstrating her outstanding courtroom presence and litigation skills.
Her passion for justice extends beyond the courtroom—she has served as a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children’s best interests. She has interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, gaining firsthand insight into the criminal justice system.
