Overview
Mr. White is a partner in the Miami office with extensive litigation and trial experience in both liability and property damage matters. He provides defense representation to both insurance companies and their insured policy holders in insurance coverage disputes and personal liability claims. He is one of the team of experienced lead counsel that comprise Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson’s trial practice group.
Mr. White relocated from western New York to South Florida in order to attend the University of Miami. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology in 1992, he began his career at the University of Miami in the field of Information Technology. During a thirteen-year tenure at “The U,” continued his education, earning his MBA in 2000; before pursuing his legal education in 2005. Over his legal career, Mr. White has used his diverse education and work experience to provide enhanced analysis of both physical injuries and financial damages.
