Course Description
This webinar will focus on providing an explanation of what conduct is considered bad faith in the insurance context, updates in case law regarding premature bad faith claims brought during initial breach of contract actions against an insurer, and how to identify and combat premature bad faith claims being made during the initial pleading process and during the course of litigation.
